That game doesn't even really have graphics lol. It was made from an Oscilloscope. Oscilloscopes weren't actually made to play video games, they're a type of electronic test instrument that allows observation of constantly varying signal voltages, usually as a two-dimensional graph of one or more electrical potential differences using the vertical or y‑axis, plotted as a function of time (horizontal or x‑axis).

William Higinbotham found out a way to turn the Oscilloscope into a video game. I know how he must've done it, but I won't go into any detail.
