I just got it today and I'm prolly going to waste many years playin' that game, unlike the games nowadays that you could beat in under 3 hours.

Lmao, the plastic gun laying there! I don't remember this since I wasn't into gaming when this was out. My first home console was actually the Wii but my first console ever was the Game Boy Pocket. xD

It was released in 1985 and there are some people today who still play these. The plastic gun is the Light Zapper. It's used to play games like Duck Hunt. The zapper won't work on newer TVs, only the tube TVs. Hell, I'm not even sure if the NES will work on newer TVs, as it has a completely different, but very simple hookup than other consoles, especially today's consoles. Believe it or not, the NES was my first console, but my parents threw it out along with about 30 games, just because it was really dirty.

I got my first NES on good exchange day (a day where people put out free shit they don't want). I could've easily cleaned it up and sold it for at least $500. Some games that I had were worth $30! This is why I had to buy this NES. Looks like I'm gonna have to start my collection all over again. It's very unlikely that I'll get another chance to get a free console and video games ever again. Oh well....
